Product description:
This system uses the method of fixing the detector and rotating the measured lamp to measure the light intensity distribution in all directions of the measured light source or lamp space. Used to test the spatial photometric distribution (i.e. light distribution curve) of various light sources such as LED lamps (semiconductor lighting), road lamps, floodlights, indoor lamps, outdoor lamps, etc. and LED, energy-saving lamps, fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps, HID lamps, etc.
Main technical features:
1. The main axis and the lamp axis adopt conductive slip rings with a precious metal optical fiber point brush structure, which can run 360 degrees continuously without backlash for measurement. There is no need to rotate back and forth to prevent winding, and the winding will never occur;
2. Use a well-known brand of three-phase hybrid stepper motor with high speed, high torque, low noise and low vibration;
3. Equipped with a laser sight so that the center of the lamp under test coincides with the rotation center of the rotary table;
4. Highly stable probe holder with light-shielding grating, adjustable height, adjustable up and down and left and right tilt angles;
5. The system can be configured as a double-column B-β test or a single-column C-γ test.
Main Specifications:
1. High-precision constant temperature probe (constant temperature point 35±1 degrees, constant temperature accuracy ±0.1 degrees);
2.V(λ) correction accuracy: CIE standard level (f1’ <0.03);
3. Illuminance measurement range: 0.001 lx to 200 klx, 5-speed automatic range;
4. Maximum test distance: 2 meters to 30 meters;
6. Photometric probe connection cable length: 20 meters (can be lengthened for special requirements);
7. Equipped with a laser sight so that the center of the lamp under test coincides with the rotation center of the rotary table;
8. Vertical and horizontal axis rotation range: -180°~180° or 0°~360° rotation;
9. Angle accuracy: 0.1 degrees, resolution: 0.01 degrees;
10. Maximum size of lamps: 1.2×0.6 meters (special sizes can be customized);
11. Maximum weight of lamps: 30kg (including fixture);
12. The lamp power supply measurement adopts a 4-wire system: 2 channels of 10A conductive slip rings are used for power supply, and 2 channels of 2A are used for voltage measurement;
13. The length of the turntable control line and lamp power supply line: 6 meters, can be lengthened for special requirements;

Rich software features:
1. Control the rotation of the rotary table, collect the light intensity distribution data of the lamp, and calculate the photometric data of the lamp and the conversion of the coordinate system;
2. Including spatial light intensity distribution, light intensity distribution curve on any cross-section (can be displayed in rectangular coordinate system or polar coordinate system respectively), spatial equal light intensity curve, plane equal illumination distribution curve, brightness limit curve, annular luminous flux, Glare level, lamp efficiency, effective luminous angle, upward luminous flux ratio, downward luminous flux ratio, total luminous flux of the lamp, effective luminous flux, and utilization coefficient.
3. Export lamp files that comply with international standards and can be directly imported into lighting design software. The format description is as follows:
*.HPG iridescent light color HPG series goniophotometer test data file format;
*.IES IESNA North American standard format, including version 95 and 2002;
*.LDT EULUMDAT German Standard (European) Qualification Examination Document;
4. According to the type of lamp under test, such as street lamps, outdoor lamps, indoor lamps or floodlights, etc., the corresponding printed report can be output and can be directly saved as a PDF file to facilitate communication and archiving.
